High Season (November to April) - $750/week

Low Season (May to October) - $600/week

Holiday Weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Easter) - $900/week

Payment

We accept payment by credit card via PayPal, personal checks or money orders.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the entire amount is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are not transferable to another date. Full payment must be received 30 days before date of arrival.

Confirmation

A confirmation will be e-mailed or mailed to you as soon as we receive your deposit.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellation fee is 20% of the total stay if we are notified 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Security Deposit

We require a $250 security deposit due 1 month before arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure pending final inspection.

Early Departure

No refund for early departure.
